More experimenting tonight, this time building an image using cover artwork from 60+ Titanes Planetarios comic books.  Adam Strange was a very popular sci-fi character in the 1960s from DC Comics. Editorial Novaro translated a large chunk of Mystery in Space and Strange Adventures comic books into the Spanish market.

Darkseid Omega Beam Eyes

I took the original duo-faced image of Darkseid drawn by Jason Fabok, and then altered it into a single face with some Omega-beam blasting out of his eyes. Hi-rez image link.

Catwoman Climbing the Side of a Downtown Alley Building in the Snow

 I pulled a panel originally drawn by Juan Ferreyra from Catwoman #25 (DC Comics 2020), and started on my work in extending the scenery into something a bit different including merging it into a realistic snowy mid-city alley.  Used some of IAMRENSI's custom brushes, and I even had a chance to use Affinity Photo's transform function to alert the movement of Catwoman's leg, and the cat's tail.

Power Girl Screaming

"You're a bunch of inept, undeserving, privileged BRATS!" screams Power Girl, the panel is taken from JSA Gold Edtion #1 (DC2023).  I took it over by enhancing the existing word balloon imagery and redid the background after extracting the single panel out for playtime.

Martian Manhunter Fears the Flame!

The Martian Manhunter (J'onn J'onzz) fears the flame... panel extracted from Action Comics Presents: Doomsday Special #1 (© DC Comics 2023) whose original artwork was produced by Eddy Barrows, Eber Ferreira & Adriano Lucas.   I pulled the panel out removed text panels and added some fire to give J'onn J'onzz something to really be afraid of.

Superman versus a giant gorilla

Superman swirls around the giant gorilla (Titano?) building up momentum, and then winds-ups for a super-powered punch.  No fancy title for today's dabbling, simply "Superman versus Giant Gorilla."  I scanned a page from DC's Legion of Bloom (2023) with original artwork by Dave Sharpe that featured Captain Carrot and replaced him with an image of Superman instead.  

Uber Eats delivered at the speed of light.

I've taken an original Bob McLeod black & white sketch that Heman86 colored and then added my own alterations.  The Flash (Barry Allen) is now the world's fastest Uber Eats delivery person!

Batman Beyond Shows Off Some Magical Powers

Batman (Terry McGinnis) says "Of course, magic is real.  Of course, it is.  Obviously..." panel extracted from Batman Beyond: Neo-Gothic issue #2 (© DC Comics 2023) whose original artwork was produced by Max Dunbar & Sebastian Cheng.   I twisted the original context of this artwork and granted Batman real magic powers via my own image edits and adjustments.

I dissected a page from DC Comics Catwoman #25 (released November 2020) whose original artwork was created by Juan Fereyra with coloring by FCO Plascencia and then recomposed the action sequence into my own version inside a Kodak filmstrip.

Bat-Mobile Shows Off the New Nitro-flame Mode

The Bat-Mobile kicks in nitro-flame mode... panel extracted from Batman issue #137 (© DC Comics 2023) whose original artwork was produced by Jorge Jiménez & Tomeu Morey.   I pulled the panel out removed text panels and tried to give it an enhanced view.

Even the Joker cries aka Every clown has a sad day.

I scanned a page from Batman: The Brave and the Bold #1 whose original artwork was created by Mitch Gerads and then did some sleight of hand removing an extra character, tweaking things a bit, and adding some text to make an even sadder-looking clown.  Nothing is lonelier than a wet clown sitting by himself on a park bench pathetically holding onto his last party balloon.

 Batman versus Cocaine Bear?! --- 'nuff said!   A few artwork panels were taken from various parts of the Batman: Urban Legends #16 (2022) comic book from DC Comics.   The artwork is by Karl Mostert with coloring by Trish Mulvihill.

Batman Threatens To Finally Kill The Joker

I took the artwork from DC Comics Batman issue #128 (2022) and edited Leonardo Romero's final panel into my own version isolating the frame only to The Joker looking out from his Arkham Asylum cell.

Catwoman Wants a Piece of Batman

Catwoman (Selina Kyle) wants a piece of Batman (Bruce Wayne), and Batman is likely to return the favor provided no one interrupts their rooftop rendevous. I've adjusted both the dialog and some of Niko Leon's artwork from this panel taken from DC Comics' Catwoman issue #49 (January 2023).

Catwoman: "... I want you."

Batman: "You're always welcome to want me, Cat."

Batman Is Unhappy with His Birthday Present

I found this comic art panel section as seen in Detective Comics issue #1027 pretty entertaining. Batman screams "Give me my birthday present!".  This fun was created by Matt Fraction (writer),  Chip Zdarsky (artist), and Aditya Bidikar (letters).
